Nobody said that.  Saying "gains that started under Obama" isn't the same as "thanks to Obastard"  Nobody here is giving Obama credit for economic gains, just like I freely admit unemployment has dropped under Trump's watch, but I give him almost no credit for it.  Do you understand the distinction?

 If Trump had inherited skyrocketing unemployment, and it had continued to increase under Trump, would you have a problem "crediting" Obama with affecting Trump's performance?

The question you pose is a non-sequitur.  You cannot presume to guess what my view is based on a non-existent scenario, for one thing.  That's wrong on a couple of levels.

It’s vital that Trump be re-elected. We need him to continue setting the country’s energy priorities. His resources strategies reflect his forward thinking about energy security.

Trump focusing now on uranium. I was shocked just now to hear economist Steve Moore say America gets 95 percent of its uranium from Russia, when we have so much resources here. Trump wants more mining and nuclear power and the jobs and stronger national security that would go with it.

Years ago, I was taught a country’s wealth was measured by its natural resources. Today, it’s measured by this amorphous woke-ness I keep hearing about. That kind of thinking is what Donald Trump is fighting. And future generations will thank him for it.

If they were as powerful as you say, Jeb would never been widely mocked and laughed out of the race.  And the Bushies who hated Trump and voted for Hillary would have forced Trump out of office long ago.

Their "wing" of the party has very little power anymore, and has been abandoned by most of the rank and file.  The're basically the Whigs of the late 1850's.

Well,the Kennedy's DID prove you can push a whole generation of cretins and crooks into public office for at least 1 generation. Joe Kennedy even used to brag about how he bought the Presidency for JFK. The US got lucky and had Sirhan Sirhan be in the right place at the right time to prevent that weasel Bobby Kennedy from taking office. American might/probably would have disappeared as a free nation if he had served two terms.

Fiorina was the kiss of death, and she turned off many people.  What she has to say today is inconsequential, just like the postman's son, John Kasich.

Rest assured, both might emerge from the dung heap to run again in 2024.  However, I fully expect four more stellar years with Trump which will setup the person that replaces Trump.  I believe the Democommies are imploding before our eyes.  As long as AOC is the architect of the Dems, the Republicans will remain in power.  If the Dems get rid of that bartending fool, then they are recognizing just how stupid they are and try to get back on a sane course of politicing.

If the next five years go as well as I hope, perhaps one of Trump's sons will run for senate and then POTUS in 2024.  How sweet would it be for two Trump's back to back?  Quite the theater.  Imagine the Dems' heads exploding...literally!!!   LOL
