Special report: 300 Troops of the Assad regime recently defected
The defections frequency recently has increased from the Assad regime in several Syrian governorates for a variety of reasons, including the battles of the Syrian north, the lack of financial support for them, the mistreatment and the proliferation of favoritism in the Assad regime's military forces.

The monitoring unit in the news network of "Syria Call" recorded the dissidence of more than 300 members of the Assad regime within two months in each of the northern regions of Hama and Idlib southern suburbs, and the provinces of Damascus countryside, Suwaida, Daraa, Deir al-Zour, Raqqa and Homs. The most widespread reason for these defections was the refusal to fight alongside the Russian militias in the battles of Hama.

In Daraa alone, the number of dissidents was 120, 25 in Naseeb town, 20 in al-Karak, 20 in the Yarmouk Valley west of Daraa, 20 in Naima, 15 in Tafas, , 14 in "Nuwa", and 5 other ones in "Khirbat Ghazala".
