UN Delegates Walk Out as Maduro's Foreign Minister Gives Speech

Dozens of diplomats walked out in protest when Venezuela’s foreign minister, Jorge Arreaza, took to the podium at the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva.

A staunch defender of his boss, President Nicolas Maduro, Arreaza was present at two separate morning events, and at both delegates were filmed leaving in silence -- while some stayed seated.
