HARRISBURG — The June 2017 shooting death of teenager Bianca Roberson, in West Goshen, led state Rep. Carolyn Comitta, D-156, to introduce legislation that would prohibit motorists from carrying loaded firearms in their vehicles.

The law would be known as “Bianca’s Law.” Roberson, a recent Rustin High School graduate, was shot a single time in a fit of road rage. She was playing a high speed game of cat and mouse with Delaware County resident David Desper, who recently pleaded guilty to third degree murder.

So when someone commits road rage against me, I'll just throw my empty gun - or whatever else I can find in the car, like gum wrappers and gas station receipts - at him.
