Better Migraine Diagnosis and Treatment Needed, Particularly in Women

A report from the Society for Women’s Health Research calls for expanded research on migraine in women and the issues that affect predominantly women.

When it comes to migraine, the differences between men and women have been well documented.

Women are three times more likely than men to experience the painful headaches, and their attacks are generally longer and more intense. They also report more migraine-related symptoms, such as nausea, vision problems, and light sensitivity.

I must most strenuously object to this article as it goes against principles of the left and media.  First of all, it says there is a difference between the sexes and this would indicate inequality with which the left cannot live.  Then it suggests treatments for women must be more actively pursued than for men.  Again, how sexist can someone be?  And, to really upset the left, the article uses the outdated terms of men and women when there at least 76 different genders available.  To which specific gender(s) does it refer?  Can we not come in to the 21st century?
