BONEHEADED! YALE UNIV Defies Trump Move To Make College Admissions Race-Neutral…Let The Lawsuits Begin!

The Trump administration just made a great move by revoking Obama’s Affirmative Action guidelines (see our previous report below) but Yale is refusing to comply:

The Yale Daily News reports:

    Yale to continue using race in admissions, defying Trump guidelines

    Despite the Trump administration’s reversal of Obama-era policies encouraging schools to use affirmative action to diversify their student bodies, Yale will continue to use race as a factor in admissions.

So what?  The guidance that was revoked simply recommended that race be taken into account; the revocation hardly counts as an affirmative order to stop using race as a factor, which means that Yale is free to continue doing so.
