These allegations against Moore are both persistent and disturbing. Now, there is no conclusive evidence of wrongdoing, but the seriousness of the allegations, and the weight of circumstantial information, compel an effort to establish the facts.

Once would be fine.  He feigned amnesia when Hannity asked him about Wesson and Thacker.  He’s never directly answered the question as to whether he dated high school girls as a 30-something man.

IMO, they knew there would be severe nuclear fallout from the SoS potentially declaring the election null.   I found this particular portion amusing......

It is still possible for someone to mount a write-in campaign, though Lathan has warned Republicans who do so would violate party rules and be barred from running as a Republican for six years.

That is becoming more of a plus than they think.

You are the one remaining willfully ignorant. Read his open letter. It’s pretty odd how he specifically named everyone except the two women - girls at the time - that he knows he dated.  He says he never dated ‘underage girls,’ knowing full well the AL age of consent made them legal.

By their accounts, nothing beyond kissing occurred. If he engaged in legal activity with girls of legal age, he should just say so.  However, he is obfuscating, because he knows it’s a problem for some people - given the age difference.

Voters should care less about his conduct then and more about it now.  He’s being extremely evasive, keeping the issue alive, and hiding behind the worst lawyer he could find in Alabama.  That’s a demonstration of his character NOW, not of his past.
