Judicial Watch: Media Ignore Lawsuit Against DNC, Wasserman Schultz
(CNSNews.com) -- News outlets are ignoring a class-action lawsuit filed by 150 Democrat voters and donors against the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and its former chair, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, for the “breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, unjust enrichment, and negligent misrepresentation for secretly helping Clinton get the presidential nomination over Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders,” according to Judicial Watch [1].
The 35-page lawsuit [2] claims that Wasserman Schultz and the DNC were biased towards Hillary Clinton and actively assisted her in winning her party’s 2016 nomination, arguing that “the DNC was not neutral.”
