I assumed Trump was Hillary's stalking horse to ensure her an easy "win".  The failsafe of Hildabeast losing may be the total purge and destruction of Conservatives from political relevancy in the GOP as it too , gets taken over by Liberals.

I always suspected Bill Clinton talked Trump into running as a Republican. After 8 years of Obama it was unlikely another Democrat would be elected without a break. Bill figured he'd turn the Republican side into a circus paving the way for Hillary. But Hillary was so horrid that the circus won anyway. And here we are.
