Students petition college to close Chick-fil-A because it's 'homophobic'

Students at Youngstown State University have petitioned school administrators to close the local Chick-fil-A on campus because having the restaurant open late at night “adds to the negative experience of LGBT students.”

Chick-fil-A owner Dan Cathy made the mistake of announcing his opposition to gay marriage. Much hysteria ensued as LGBT groups picketed, boycotted, and held "kiss-ins" to try and intimidate him.

I agree, of course.   There is no evidence whatsoever that Chick-Fil-A disfavors or discriminates with respect to its customers or employees who are homosexual.  It is a responsible corporation that sells an excellent product.   The Chick-Fil-A's that I go to always have long lines.

In this case,  liberal whining just helps boost their sales.   In many areas, fast food places cluster, and folks have a choice.  I almost always choose Chick-Fil-A.   My only complaint with them is that they're closed on Sundays - but's that's because I'm selfish and want a chicken sandwich.

I oppose much of the liberal social issues  Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield of Ben and Jerry's ice cream support. But I do not advocate boycotting their ice cream. I don't care where it's sold or who buys it.
But that's the difference between libs and conservatives.....inside the breast of virtually every liberal beats the heart of a totalitarian.

There wasn't a Chick-Fil-A here when the original kerfluffle happened, so  I wasn't able to show my support... But they got here this winter, and I have ever since. A LOT.

Yep. They're SO homophobic that when some muslim jihadi shot up a gay bar in Florida, Chick-Fil-A was right there with free food for first responders, the families of victims, and other mourners.
