Officer Noor has declined to be interviewed by BCA agents at this time. Officer Noor’s attorney did not provide clarification on when, if ever, an interview would be possible.

Everything about that screams bad cop, bad shoot. I don't think I have ever read of a cop refusing to be interviewed in something like this.

When I was in Somalia the bad guys we were chasing got around covertly by dressing up as policemen and even being allowed use of cop cars to drive around Mogadishu without being stopped.

The AG for the state of Minnesota has already admitted IIRC that they have no way kf keeping track of how many Somalis in the state have gone back to Somalia and then returned to the U.S.

You're right this screams bad cop and bad shoot...my question is will the Libs in Minneapolis investigate it that way or try to cover it up in order to protect their backside.

I heard the shooter/cop fired across his partner to hit the target.  That sounds like a bad practice.

My take is deep blue city, hell bent to display maximum "diversity" and taking on affirmative action types, like this 3rd world example.

Apparently he already has multiple performance demerits, complaints against him.

I support LEO, but I am also concerned by some of the "quick shoot" training. I can see both sides.

Sometimes the cop is simply in the wrong. This appears to be one of those cases. Sadly.

This is literally the first time I've ever read of an incident like this where a cop sitting in his car reached across his partner to shoot someone.
I've read (and seen on YT) many cases of cops walking up to a car only to be shot at by a person in the car.  What could this idiot have been thinking? A woman in her pajamas was about to shoot him?  Obvious AA hire who should never have been given a gun and a badge.

I agree. But don't set sight, too high.

A bunch of cops in Fullerton CA essentially beat a mentally ill homeless fellow to death, and got off.

The County DA prosecuted them but a jury was not willing to convict. I watched a 20-30 minute video and it was obvious they wanted to teach the guy a lesson, by roughing him up and showing off their strength, while they held him down.

The LEO person will often get the benefit of doubt.

@mirraflake yes really. Al Qaeda and Daesh steadily infiltrate the civilian guards and military in Iraq and Afghanistan in order to commit acts it terrorism and murder.

It's not a stretch to see them doing that here in the US in the Sharia friendly states.
