I would bet most are actually more liberal/libertarian than they are left-wing. Left-wing means something different than merely liberal . A leftist is somebody who wants to change/control the economic system to gain power. Liberals, in the common sense of the term, love money....they just would like other people to pay for their ridiculous social programs.
But, in fact, SV had turned down demands by Jesse Jackass er Jackson and other SJWs to hire incompetent black people. The SV bigshots know doing that would harm their bottom line. More than social causes, they love making money above everything else and living the good life that the market has given them.
It would be great seeing a split where the country was divided between those social justice-loving libs and the conservative half. When the SJWs and all their violent pet groups come after the SV millionaires and billionaires to "share the wealth" i.e. confiscate their dough, they'll be knocking on the 100 foot high wall separating the two countries begging to be let into conservative U.S. and out of the Socialist States of America.
