If there was a congressional district on Mars it would the perfect place for poor, deranged old Maxine Waters.

The goofy granny in the James Brown wig has been receiving an increasing amount of face time in the media and as a result has emerged as a recognizable leader of the Democrats.

This is not good news for a party trying to craft an appeal to mainstream America. When your most visible figures are babbling conspiracy kooks, an overly shrill fake Indian, a borderline communist and Michael Moore you just may be in trouble.
