I read the article. It might be better to do corporate tax reform first as the article says, then do individual tax reform later, but that will turn individuals against Trump, because it is the individuals who want less tax to pay - they will see a corporate bill only as leaving them out, thinking Trump has abandoned them and only cares about big business. If he did individuals first, the people would be with him.
