Saudi Prince Emerges from Meeting with Trump Using Words Like 'Unprecedented' and 'Unimaginable'
Independent Journal Review
by Jason Howerton
March 15, 2017

Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman praised President Donald Trump’s “great understanding” of the Middle East and even defended his administration’s so-called travel ban.

The glowing statement came after Prince Salman’s meeting with Trump to discuss relations between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia.

According to the statement, the meeting “put things on the right track“ and “marked a significant shift in relations, across all political, military, security and economic fields,” all due to “President Trump’s great understanding of the importance of relations between the two countries and his clear sight of problems in the region.”

Salman and Trump discussed the controversial travel ban that critics have claimed is “anti-Muslim.” Salman apparently disagrees:
Quote
Saudi Arabia does not believe that this measure is targeting Muslim countries or the religion of Islam. This measure is a sovereign decision aimed at preventing terrorists from entering the United States of America. President Trump expressed his deep respect for the Religion of Islam, considering it one of the divine religions that came with great human principles kidnapped by radical groups."

This has got to be driving the tin foil hat crown absolutely wacky. I guess it's better than making enemies.
“The way I see it, every time a man gets up in the morning he starts his life over. Sure, the bills are there to pay, and the job is there to do, but you don't have to stay in a pattern. You can always start over, saddle a fresh horse and take another trail.” ― Louis L'Amour
