In a last minute attempt to persuade Obama to dismantle the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System, Thousands will march in DC against what they consider discriminatory toward Muslims.
The American Muslims and activists from progressive groups will march on the White House on Monday in a last-ditch effort to persuade Barack Obama to dismantle a program they believe singled out Arabs and Muslims for surveillance.
The efforts take form just weeks before President-elect Donald Trump is officially sworn into office.

Obama has less than six weeks to rescind the regulatory framework of the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System (NSEERs), introduced in the wake of 9/11.
Trump has predicated about stricter vetting process for all immigrants, but specifically called for a temporary ban on Muslims coming into the country from areas considered a threat to U.S. security.
