               Yes we have a group focused on this and lobbyists in the states we are most worried about.  MArc correct me if I'm wrong but MI is only big one to our knowledge.  PA was proposed but died.
The MI lobbyists says that the provision is supposed to be removed due to a agreement to get seem votes but he is monitoring closely.
