    Sources claim Vice President Joe Biden tops Hillary's list of internal candidates for Secretary of State in a Clinton White House
    Neither Clinton nor her aides have approached Biden yet, source says
    Both Biden and Clinton lost the Democratic primary to Obama in 2008
    He has four decades of experience at Capitol Hill including two terms as vice president
    Other potential candidates include former Undersecretary of State Wendy Sherman and former Deputy Secretary of State Bill Burns
    Retired admiral James Stavridis, who was considered as a possible vice presidential choice, is also an option among others

Hillary Clinton wants Vice President Joe Biden to be her Secretary of State, a source claims.

Biden's name allegedly tops the list of internal candidates for the cabinet position for a Clinton White House.

'He'd be great, and they are spending a lot of time figuring out the best way to try to persuade him to do it if she wins,' the source told Politico.

He's not going to make much money on the lecture circuit, IMO. The oxygen will be sucked up by the Obamas for the next couple of years.

He'd take it in a heartbeat, Mrs. Biden likes the perks that go with being Mrs. VP or Mrs. SoS.

Personally, I don't get it. I'm 62, and I'd retire in a heartbeat if I could, just to spend time with my only grandchild. There are so many things I want to do, but I have a family to support. Biden can retire with a pension of over $150K a year, and spend his time with his grandkids...I don't get it.
