Walker's one piece of advice for Donald Trump

WEST ALLIS, Wis. —If he has one piece of advice for Donald Trump, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker said it would be to focus on attacking Hillary Clinton. He called everyday spent spent fighting other battles, "a waste."

Walker made the comments shortly after officially opening the 2016 Wisconsin State Fair on Thursday.

When asked if he was surprised the Republican nominee would not outright endorse Speaker of the House Paul Ryan in his congressional primary, Walker said nothing surprises him in this election season anymore.

"The bottom line is your going to have Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton on the ballot and I for one believe she's unfit to be president and I'm not going to be party to anything that allows her to be the next president," he said.

And to think, we could have had him as our nominee.  Instead, we got Trump forced on us by a cult of personality.

All of these politicians who have endorsed Trump are like OJ Simpson's friends and relatives at Nicole Brown Simpson's funeral.  They know he is a murderer, but still they go up to him and force a smile and tell him how sorry they are for his loss.  And what price does one pay in our society for such lack of honor?  Ask the Kardashians.

"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."
