How to be an Energy Scare Monger

These are a couple of years old, but encapsulate why one does not believe everything one reads on the future of the O&G industry.  Forecasters are all over the board, some widely optimistic, but some like the guy below very pessimistic.

I saved this as being two years old, one can see how his predictions did not necessarily come true, which cast doubt on the rest of what he said in article.

Move forward to today, and the same Forbes reveals why the 2014 author missed it.  Too shallow in his thinking back then, as he forgot that technology moves on.
