German Chancellor Angela Merkel faced growing pressure to harden her line on refugees on Monday as the first extensive police report on New Year's Eve violence in Cologne documented rampant sexual assaults on women by gangs of young migrant men.

Cologne police said at least 11 foreigners, including Pakistanis, Guineans and Syrians, had been injured on Sunday evening in attacks by hooligans bent on revenge for the assaults in the western city.

Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere condemned those attacks and warned against a broader backlash against refugees following the events in Cologne, which have deepened scepticism towards Merkel's policy of welcoming migrants.

The right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party seized on the latest developments to attack the chancellor while members of her own conservative party warned that integrating the hundreds of thousands of migrants who arrived last year would fail if the influx were not stopped immediately.

"If the influx continues as it has, then integration can't work," said Carsten Linnemann, a lawmaker in Merkel's Christian Democrats (CDU). "If we get another 800,000 or a million people arriving this year, then we won't be able to do this," he added, playing on Merkel's optimistic "we can do this" mantra.

Speaking on Monday evening, Merkel said Europe was "vulnerable" because it was not yet in control of the situation as it would like to be.

In the eastern city of Leipzig, well over 2,000 anti-Muslim LEGIDA protestors took to the streets, their ranks swelled by anger over the Cologne attacks. They yelled "Merkel needs to go!" and one carried a sign featuring Merkel wearing a hijab and the words: 'Merkel, take your Muslims with you and get lost'.

A police spokeswoman said there was a roughly equal number of counter-demonstrators.

A report from the Interior Ministry in North Rhine-Wesphalia (NRW) state, where Cologne lies, said 516 criminal complaints had been registered, 237 of which were of a sexual nature.

A separate report from the Cologne police gave graphic descriptions of the crimes, listing case after case of women surrounded by gangs of men who put their hands in the victims' pants and skirts, grabbed them between the legs, on the buttocks and the breasts, often while stealing their wallets and cell phones.

A total of 19 suspects have been identified, all foreigners.

NRW Interior Minister Ralf Jaeger spoke of "serious failures" by the police, who were significantly outnumbered but never called for reinforcements.

He also criticized them for refusing to communicate in the days after New Year's Eve that the vast majority of the perpetrators were people with migration backgrounds, blaming this on misguided "political correctness".

"More than 1,000 Arab and North African men gathered on New Year's Eve near Cologne cathedral and the main train station. Among them were many refugees that came to Germany in the past months," Jaeger told a special parliamentary committee in NRW.

"After alcohol and drug excesses came the excesses of violence, peaking with people who carried out fantasies of sexual power."

A survey conducted by polling group Forsa for RTL television showed 60 percent of respondents saw no reason to change their attitude towards foreigners after the assaults. About 37 percent said they viewed foreigners more critically.

In Leipzig, Olaf Schwermer, one of the LEGIDA protestors, said he was concerned about more attacks if borders were not closed and migrants not deported: "What happened in Cologne only gave us a taste of what's about to come," he said.

Elsewhere in the city around 250 right-wingers, probably soccer hooligans, were detained after they set bins on fire, damaged property and set off fireworks, a police spokeswoman said.

DANGEROUS

Jaeger said the sexual assaults had come mainly from North Africans who had traveled to Cologne from other cities, but he too warned against a broader backlash against migrants.

"To label certain groups, to stigmatize them as sexual criminals, would not only be wrong, it would be dangerous," he said. "Those people who make a direct link between immigration and violence are playing into the hands of right-wing extremists."

Police officer Norbert Wagner told a news conference that rocker and hooligan gangs had published an appeal on the Internet on Sunday to join them in "violence-free strolls" through Cologne, when in fact they were prowling for foreigners.

Among the victims were six Pakistanis, three Guineans and two Syrians. Witnesses had also seen another man of African origin being attacked, but his identity was unclear because he had not contacted authorities, Wagner said.

No arrests have been made. Local police are beefing up their presence in downtown Cologne in the coming days

The Cologne police force has also set up a 100-strong team to investigate the New Year's Eve attacks and survey exchanges on social media in the run-up to the night.

Merkel has repeatedly resisted pressure to introduce a cap on the number of migrants entering Germany, arguing this would mean shutting the borders, a step that would doom Europe's Schengen free-travel zone.

She has talked tougher in recent months, vowing in December to "measurably reduce" arrivals and promising at the weekend to give authorities more powers to crack down on migrants who commit crimes, including deporting them.

But her opponents have been swift to blame her for the events in Cologne.

"Anyone who opens the borders wide must know that they are bringing Tahrir Square to Germany," leading AfD politician Dirk Driesang said, referring to the square in Cairo that was the scene of protests and sexual assaults in 2011.

Merkel Damage Control, Orders Social Media Censorship – Germany, Europe In Turmoil She Created
Rick Wells 01/11/2016

A week after innocent women in the German city of Cologne were attacked, groped, mugged, sexually assaulted and generally disrespected and violated in every way imaginable by Islamists on New Year’s Eve, Germany’s chancellor Angela Merkel has taken decisive action. Her response was the type of thing we’d likely see from her comrade Hussein Obama in this country, she attacked the victims.

Merkel, according to the report, has ordered a crackdown on “hate speech” against “asylum seekers,” or “migrants,” the sanitized language used to describe savage street thugs who prey upon the civilized population of Germany. Something or someone smells oddly like a rat. It’s a frumpy female rat, not very attractive, about 61 years old with an anti-German, European Union, Nazi puppet kind of bias. It’s the same rat that has created the situation in which her nation is now under siege by the most vile of foreign miscreants.

Merkel ordered and received pledges of cooperative censorship in return from Facebook, Twitter and Google, to act as she dictates in enforcing German law as per her interpretation and instructions. They’ll be removing posts which are critical of those who practice the rape and molestation of innocents or those who share a common illegitimacy in being in Germany, having misrepresented themselves as being Syrians who were being threatened by the Syrian civil war.

The number of criminal complaints filed from the New Year’s Eve assaults has now risen to in excess of 120, with two of the suspects identified as Moroccan citizens, the guests of Angela Merkel. Boys will be boys, right Angie?

The local citizens express their levels of concern and fear for their safety. As for whether or not they believe the perpetrators will be captured, those interviewed on camera indicated they felt it would be unlikely. The reporter notes that out of a thousand suspects there have been only a handful of arrests, with a total of ten police officers working the cases.

Another high profile event is upcoming in Cologne, the five day Carnival, which includes street parties. It’s sure to be an opportunity for more carnage on the part of the relocated barbarians.

Merkel engaged in some talking out of the other side of her reckless, duplicitous mouth, the side opposite from the one engaged in the censorship and the open border insanity. The consequences were predicted and no surprise to many of us who are half a world away; they should have been at least as obvious to a leader from within her own nation.

Merkel described the molestations as repugnant and intolerable criminal acts. The reporter quotes her as believing they may not be an isolated case. Did she figure that one out on her own or did some advisors come to her aid? What appears to be at play now is a damage control effort on the part of Merkel to protect herself and position in the face of rising criticism over the mess which she played the predominant role in creating.

Britain’s UKIP’s Stephen Wolfe called out Merkel’s reckless and misguided policies, saying, “I’m afraid this will lead to a permanent change in the way that Europe actually acts within its own nations,” citing issues that they’ve had in the UK which similarly included sexual assaults and the censorship of the reporting on them by the media in deference to the Islamic populations. He also noted the even more catastrophic situation in Sweden. Wolfe placed responsibility for the problem squarely on Angela Merkel. He said, “This all is driven from Angela Merkel’s monumental mistake in having an open door immigration policy for anyone who is an asylum seeker and anyone who is an economic migrant.” He says that “Germany will now have to come to terms with the fact that their country will change as a consequence.”

Now this is so VERY interesting:

"...while members of her own conservative party warned that integrating the hundreds of thousands of migrants who arrived last year would fail if the influx were not stopped immediately.  If the influx continues as it has, then integration can't work," said Carsten Linnemann, a lawmaker in Merkel's Christian Democrats (CDU)."

So, member's of Merkel's own party are calling for a temporary halt on bringing the Islamic refugees into the country until they figure out what is going on.

Does that sound familiar?

Oh, the leftists here (and even a bunch of well-heeled and well-connected Republicans) were just breathlessly outraged over that.

But, but...that's not who they–we, are.

Forced immigration of those who want to wipe Christians, Jews and other infidels off the face of the earth is our destiny. Suicide by immigration policy is a noble way to die.

Well there it is....the true Merkel who is on the side of Soros. This will happen here too before the elections. That HR 569 will be passed. Many on forums have said no way it goes anywhere......many haven't been paying atten to our ruling elite masters...... Congress and White House.

There was a hot mic incident at one of  the G sumits. Merkel went over to Zucker and said something about letting anti-muzzie speech on facebook. It had to stop she said.

German Cop Breaks Ranks: We Are BANNED From Detaining Migrants

by Oliver Lane12 Jan 20161,246
A growing body of evidence suggests German police are hobbled at every possibly opportunity by the Federal government from dealing with the criminal migrant problem, with one officer complaining they have even been banned from preventing suspects escaping custody.

In a brief interview with German mainstream-tabloid Bild, an anonymised member of the state-wide Federal police identified only as 22 year old ‘Bernd’ reveals the extraordinary nature of police work in modern Europe. Deployed to Passau, a small city in south-east Germany on the Austrian border where thousands of migrants come by train and road every month Bernd revealed “95 percent of refugees are single men”.

The officer told the paper the public do not get an accurate idea of what is really happening in the migrant crime wave, because events are mis-reported by police to prevent outrage. He said: “should an asylum seeker cut another’s throat. In the report we would state it was grievous bodily harm rather than attempted murder. It looks better in the statistics”.

Bernd said in the past months, he had only once had cause to book a German citizen. The rest of his arrests and complaints were against migrants, who he said regularly “sexually harassed” women around the local railway station, the first stop in Germany after the railway crosses from Austria.

Most remarkable in the report of Bernd of conditions on the frontier were the crippling orders he was under duty to follow, even if they made his job near impossible: “If a refugee wants to escape our control, we can’t even detain him. This is dictated from above. To do so would be physical violence”.

The officer said Germany needed to clamp down and introduce tighter controls on migrants, as well as deploy more police officers. He said at present at the moment police officers lack the support of politicians, a sore point for the national police union which has been warning for years that significant cuts in manpower was leaving the force unable to protect the nation.

The worst is yet to come, warned Bernd who said eventually there would be a “big bang”, should the situation not change.

This lack of support for police, and then officers being used as scapegoats when situations turned bad is a major theme in German politics at the moment. Breitbart London reported last week on the Cologne chief of police being fired by the leftist home secretary of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia after the migrant rape crisis in the city on new year’s eve.

The interior minister said at a press conference called to announce the chief’s early retirement that his departure was necessary to restore public faith in police, yet he failed to mention that on new year’s eve he had personally turned down a request from police for reinforcements to patrol the city, leaving just 143 officers on duty that night. Speakers at a PEGIDA march in the city this weekend called on the interior minister to resign for his part in the scandal.

Germany’s New Normal: Roving Bands of Third World Misogynists

Jan 9, 2016
0 362

Germans are adapting to the barbarism in their midst. But should they?

This New Year’s Eve was a lot less fun in Europe than in previous years as violence and threats of violence put a damper on the party atmosphere. Fireworks were cancelled in Brussels for fear of an imminent terrorist attack which precipitated the arrest of two members of a North African motorcycle club. In Munich, two train stations were evacuated when officials received intelligence of an imminent ISIS suicide attack. And in three German cities—Hamburg, Stuttgart, and Cologne—mobs of men, reportedly of “Arab or North African origin,” allegedly attacked female partygoers.

This is the new Europe. It’s not going to get better.

Cologne stood out among the cities plagued by predatory mobs for the sheer quantity of mayhem on display. As many as a thousand men allegedly robbed, groped and even raped women in and around the main train station and gothic cathedral. One hundred seventy criminal complaints were made, 120 of which had a “sexual angle.” Thirty-one men, a tiny fraction of the estimated one thousand, have been arrested. Eighteen of them are “asylum-seekers.” Not a single widow or orphan was found among them, and apparently none was named Hans or Franz.

The government’s response had been, shall we say, inadequate. On January 1st, a police press release called the New Year’s Eve celebrations “peaceful,” which suggests an official cover-up. When the government was finally willing to admit that something had happened, they still seemed to be in damage control mode. Ralf Jaeger, the Interior Minister for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia said that, “What happens on the right-wing platforms and in chatrooms is at least as awful as the acts of those assaulting the women.” Oh, I see—so the people expressing their outrage online are at least as awful the wild hyenas perpetrating sexual violence. He isn’t sure if the online commenters are more awful but they must be equally awful. A more absurd false equivalence has never been drawn.

But the award for the most obtuse public official in this whole affair (besides Angela Merkel of course) goes to Cologne’s pro-asylum mayor, Henriette Reker, who just couldn’t stop putting her foot in her mouth. She originally said that there was “no reason to suspect that they are refugees.” We now know that many of them are, but can we blame her for not wanting to jump to conclusions? Yes. You’d have to be a fool to think that among the thousand or so men, all of whom were obviously not far removed from the Middle East or North Africa, there wasn’t a single one of the 1.1 million “refugees” admitted in 2015. Police officers report that one of the hooligans said, “I am Syrian. You have to treat me kindly. Mrs. Merkel invited me.” Another man is said to have torn up his asylum papers in front of police and bragged that he could get more in the morning.

Mayor Reker also angered the public with remarks that she surely meant to be helpful but were nonetheless alarming. She told women that they should follow a “code of conduct” if they wanted to avoid being sexual assaulted and advised women against succumbing to a “celebratory mood”—which I think used to be allowed on New Year’s Eve. As a strategy for not getting sexually assaulted Frau Reker told women to stick together with girlfriends and to “make sure yourself you don’t look to be too close to people who are not known to you, and to whom you don’t have a trusting relationship.”

And some people think that mass immigration reduces social cohesion! Wherever did they get an idea like that?

Not only are Reker’s suggestions insulting but they’re also ineffective. One alleged victim of sexual assault, an 18-year old female who gave her name only as Michelle, says that she was out for the evening with ten of her girlfriends when they encountered a pack of drunken men that she estimates to have numbered between twenty and thirty. What were eleven young women going to do against thirty men?

Then there’s the racism angle. Reker’s comments weren’t overtly racist but “dog whistles” never are. It sounds as if she’s enjoining white German women to avoid swarthy Middle Eastern males. That’s raaaaaacist! It also happens to be pretty good advice though it wouldn’t have prevented this attack and the suggestion would also be a lot easier to follow if the swarthy Middle Eastern men weren’t in the white German women’s country in the first place. As more and more refugees arrive, it will be increasingly difficult to find any sanctuary from these shady characters. They will be everywhere, if they aren’t already.

The real tragedy of Reker’s “code of conduct” is the sense of resignation that hovers over it like a noxious cloud. Though the mayor says that such a thing should never happen again, her advice suggests that women should understand that extra precautions have to be taken in the new Germany, soon to be the post-German Germany. If women didn’t already understand this we can only blame their leaders and their media who assured them that Germany could absorb a practically limitless number of immigrants without changing its character. Poor girls, how could they be so naïve? They actually believed they could go out on New Year’s Eve, even allow themselves to enjoy the “celebratory mood” as they had on previous New Year’s Eves, without being ravaged by drunken animals.

But those days are over. This is the New Normal.

I’ll bet that a lot of those women miss the Old Normal. I do too. I spent three years living in Germany and came to love the city of Cologne. I’ve been to the train station many times and I think I even slept on a bench there overnight once, though I slept in a lot of train stations so I can’t be sure. These days I wouldn’t dare sleep at the Cologne train station and I’m not even a girl.

It wasn’t always this way and no one should have to accept it as a fact of life. But maybe we do have to accept it. It would take an enormous feat of political will to turn back the tide of immigrants, even to pre-2015 levels, which were already substantial. If Chancellor Angela Merkel is any indicator, the political will to really do something about this problem is lacking. In response to the sexual attacks in German cities, she said “But we must accept that the number of criminal offenses committed by young immigrants is particularly high.” Yes it’s true that immigrants’ criminality is off the charts, something she might have mentioned before committing her country to unprecedented immigration, but does that mean Germans have to accept it? The chancellor who let them all in says yes. Tomorrow’s Germany will be more Muslim than today’s and, let’s not sugarcoat it, more dangerous. So get used to it.

Resignation has already swept across neighboring France where Islamization is even more advanced. Their New Year’s Eve wasn’t exactly tranquil either; across the country, 1,067 automobiles were set ablaze. Torching cars has become something of a New Year’s Eve tradition among France’s Muslim minority. It’s a nice tradition, don’t you think? Americans sing Auld Lang Syne and kiss at midnight, French Muslims burn Peugeots. That’s just their culture—please don’t judge.

While 1,067 smoldering cars may sound like a lot, the French are getting used to it. French Interior Minister Manuel Valls was pleased that the number wasn’t higher, calling it a “positive result.” Government statistics indicate that 1,193 automobiles went up in flames the previous New Year’s Eve, so Valls is calling it a win. Obviously, Manuel Valls is a glass-half-full kind of guy but dour old pessimists like me still think France has a slight problem.

This is how societies die. Little by little they adapt to barbarism, constantly making small concessions until it all seems normal. With the passage of time people forget that it had ever been different. They even convince themselves that nostalgic memories of the “good old days” are mere figments of some racist’s imagination. They never happened!

More immigrants are coming next year. Brace yourself for New Year’s Eve 2016.
