Terrorist Michael Zehaf-Bibeau was shot 31 times in Parliament Hill's Centre Block and died from a bullet to the back of the head, according to CBC sources who have viewed a police report to be released Wednesday.The report also says Zehaf-Bibeau fatally shot unarmed Cpl.
