5-year-old boy tested for Ebola in NYC after return from Africa

A 5-year-old boy who just returned from West Africa was transported to Bellevue Hospital Sunday with possible Ebola symptoms, according to law-enforcement sources.

The child was vomiting and had a 103-degree fever when he was carried from his Bronx home by EMS workers wearing hazmat suits, neighbors said. “He looked weak,” said a neighbor.

“He was really, really out of it.”

The boy returned with his family from Guinea Saturday night and five members of the family were being quarantined inside their apartment, sources said.

This is big.

The fastest way for any disease to spread in America is for someone to put it into the public school system. Once that happens, it's game over.

But whatever you do...no quarantines or travel bans, because that's just...mean.

He returned from Guinea with his family...Saturday night.  Can someone explain to me how such people - willing to endanger millions with their altruism - can be considered heroes?

This little boy was visiting Guinea with his family...were they there treating victims?  Or were they just visiting?  Because if they were just visiting and were not aid workers, then the travel issue isn't just about aid workers going there - then it becomes people just visiting the countries bringing back the virus...not "heroes" just regular people traveling there and back.

And what about the all the other people on that airplane that this family came in on...on Saturday night, just one day before this boy is in a bad way with a 103 degree temperature?

I think this whole thing was engineered to happen right before the election.
