(by Charles C. Johnson, GotNews) -- An email sent out to the Alcon staff by its CEO reportedly said that the ebola nurse’s boyfriend was admitted into hospital with “Ebola-like symptoms.”

Gotnews.com has received word from two different Alcon employees, both of whom asked not to be identified.

Alcon’s U.S. headquarters are in Fort Worth, Texas. It is an opthomological pharmaceutical company.

Requests for comment from Alcon were not returned.

It is strange that except for the earlier comments blaming racism, we have heard absolutely nothing from or about them, about their condition.  Almost like they want to create concern or make us think they are covering up.

And I would think they were much more susceptible to infection than the nurse...

I agree...it leads one to think crazy conspirital thoughts that they took precautions in advance knowing that they were planning as accomplices to get this guy U.S. healthcare, thinking he would be saved...which would also explain why they are so upset now.

They should have been almost guaranteed to contract the disease.

As of the evening news today, he is NOT showing symptoms.

This all started last night with a site called "GotNews" which based it on some completely unsourced Twitter rumors.  (If one believes Twitter, Ebola is in every city, every town, and every hospital.)  The FReakers were going nuts over it last night and anyone who pointed out that it was completely unsourced was attacked for being part of a coverup.

People really need to stop trusting every random website out there because most will post anything as breaking news without anything more anonymous Twitter reports, if even that.

Well, they do.  There is also speculation that if Duncan's family or friends have ebola - that it might be hushed up until AFTER the election!  I remember reading also that the people he was staying with in Texas might also be illegals.  It would be easier to hush them up if that were the case.

Crazy theories, yes.  But with this administration - the truth is stranger than fiction.
