This is a fascinating .pdf file that shows what it took to right and refloat USS Oklahoma after it took 9 Japanese torpedoes and capsized in 10 minutes taking over 400 of her crew with her.  Amazing operation...

Righting the Oklahoma set the standard for righting capsized ships such as the Costa Concordia.
