This is complete bullshit.  American consumers are the ones who paid the tariffs.

Some coffee importer here in the US got hit with an import tariff (which they passed on to the consumer by raising the price of coffee).  It didn't cost them anything, yet they get the refund?  That ain't right.

Yeah well ordered by the same SCOTUS that lets any kid whose mom could get the bump across the line before it popped the chute be a citizen, too.

This is true... headlines act like this is Trump's fault, it really isn't, it was ordered by the SCOTUS. Still sucks though... wtf?
