A billionaire venture capitalist and philanthropist has launched a global competition for companies to come forward with innovative ideas for “making San Francisco a better place to live.”

Former Sequoia Capital chairman Michael Moritz and his artist wife Harriet Heyman are awarding up to $150 million through their private family foundation, Crankstart, to organizations with a mission to transform the city.

Billionaire Michael Moritz’s newest bet to transform San Francisco is being driven by Crankstart – a private family foundation.
 
Up to three proposals in the “Boundless San Francisco” competition will receive anywhere from $10 million to $50 million to bring their ideas to life.

The competition is “open to proposals in any subject area, from near or far,” that “reflects the premise that the next great idea for the city could come from anyone, anywhere,” reads the official statement.

Successful proposals will pair an ambitious vision for San Francisco’s future with a clear, credible plan to build it and make it last.

They need to start from scratch.  Force everyone to leave for two weeks and contract with ISIS and Hamas to blow the city to smithereens.  Problems solved. *****rollingeyes*****

Uh the city is perfect.  Absolutely beautiful.  The problem is with the people who live there.

All the ideas that (in my mind) would work center on forcing out liberals, never to return again (or have contact) and returning to a God-fearing nation that does not tolerate otherwise.

The above is enough to cause the forum to erupt into a frenzy of constitutional this and that, and rightfully doubting that a man could rule without becoming so corrupted he would not make things worse in the long run. Even King Solomon (who had the ear of God to lean into) couldn't keep it together and I fully doubt I could either. Put more secular, it is like Gandalf refusing the ring of power because he knew he would be corrupted too in the long run.

So until the Lord comes back and takes the reigns, there will not be a perfect system, even a semi-functioning one that is not an iron hand of some godless one-world devil or Islamic devil (maybe a combination of those two).

Without having God at the center of everything... things just fall apart. The sad thing is what is left of the churches will probable be at the forefront of leading towards America's march into destruction, we already see it happening.


Sorry to be so glum... YMMV and it is to be expected you will tear me a new one for saying the above.

Want to fix San Francisco?

Begin by reverting to all governing municipal statutes as they existed in 1956, most especially those concerning vagrancy, public intoxication, drug use, theft and vandalism.

Next: enforce them, removing and replacing all city officials who refuse to comply with those who will.
