Tucker Carlson has gone from WARNING during COVID that China becoming a stronger global power while America weaker would be "too horrible an outcome to contemplate," to ADVOCATING that America should accept sharing global power ("a new world order") with China because of its scale.

Tucker Carlson (2020):
"A few years from now, when every last victim of this virus has recovered or been buried, the Chinese government could easily grow stronger because of this disaster, and America weaker. China unleashes a pandemic, then overtakes the U.S. as a result. That's too horrible an outcome to contemplate and too dangerous for us. We ought to do everything we can to make certain it does not happen."
                         VS.
Tucker Carlson (2026):
"Be real. A big power wants to control - hopefully in a non-brutal, enlightened way - but they want some influence over their neighbours. We can no longer be the sole author of the terms of commerce or anything. We have to share power (with China) because of their scale."

That's a hell of a 180 in just six years.

I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice. And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue.
