Court crushes Joe Biden's demands to conceal audio tapes

An appeals court in the federal system has crushed Joe Biden's demands that he be allowed to conceal audio tapes of his interviews with a biographer.

The ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia found he has not shown that he was likely to win the overfall fight.

A conservative think tank has requested the transcripts and audio records from the Department of Justice, containing his comments and conversations with his biographer about a decade back.
 

The ruling was stayed until August 3 to allow Biden to appeal further.

Our team is reviewing the Biden tapes now. We will be out with various bombshells. But I want to make this point right now. The tapes make clear that Biden disclosed massive amounts of classified information to his ghost writer Marc Zwonitzer.

Now, take a look at 18 USC 798(d).

Last, ask yourself, why didn't Special Counsel Robert Hur seek a prosecution and then (A) the forfeiture the $8 million book advance that Joe Biden got for Promise Me, Dad; and (B) his Delaware house and any other Biden property where he kept classified information?

CONTEXT:  The ghost writer tapes were recorded seven years before Special Counsel Robert Hur concluded a jury would not convict President Biden because of his age and failing memory.

Hur found Biden wilfully retained and disclosed highly classified materials after his vice presidency, including government documents and personal notes/notebooks/notecards containing classified information about the Obama administration’s Afghanistan policy.

Some of these sensitive records were found by investigators in Biden’s garage, offices, and basement den. As a senator, Biden apparently removed some classified materials from a secure facility known as a SCIF.   Unlawful retention of classified information is a potential federal crime, in additional to mishandling national defense information.

It's looking like this disclosure is more damaging than the Hur tapes.  Those tapes merely showed that Joe was a blithering idiot while in office, while the ghost writer tapes illustrate how he absconded with Classified documents (from SCIFs) dating back to when he was a Senator!

Will there ever be a price to be paid?

The Biden ghostwriter tapes are out and it’s not good

Newly released audio recordings appear to show that former President Joe Biden knew he had classified documents stashed at home.

The recordings were made by the ghostwriter who assisted the former president in the writing and publication of his 2017 book, “Promise Me, Dad.”

In one recording in which he was discussing a 2014 Situation Room meeting, Biden warned ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer that “some of this may be classified … so, be careful.”

It’s not clear what “this” referred to.

BIDEN GHOSTWRITER: ERASED AUDIO TAPES

A key data point is being lost in the conversation.

According to Special Counsel Hur, the ghostwriter erased the Biden tapes after he learned of Hur's investigation.

Hur considered charging the ghostwriter with obstruction but declined, in part because the ghostwriter admitted to his actions, kept the Biden transcripts, and the FBI recovered the recordings from his computer.

NOTE: The Biden audio tapes were recorded SEVEN YEARS BEFORE Hur concluded Biden could not be prosecuted for mishandling classified information because of his age, and failed memory.
