If they are using reconciliation to pass the funding the question is how much else can they put in the bill and still pass it.

If they truly wanted to win the mid-terms, then they would stop the incessant flow of 'free shit' to Democrat constituents that ends up in the campaign coffers of Democrat candidates.  I cannot for the life of me understand why Republicans continue funding their enemies with our money year after year after year.
