A machete-wielding MS-13 executioner known as “the witch” who was wanted for a brual gang murder in his home country of El Salvador was captured by federal immigration agents in San Diego.

Under California law, doesn't any illegal alien, no matter the crime, arrested by ICE receive an automatic pardon and $50,000/year for life? :whistle:
