Obama Judge Orders Trump to Legalize One App Illegals

When up to 10,000 illegal aliens were pouring in each day under Joe Biden, it didn’t look good in the press. So Secretary Mayorkas came up with a plan. The plan reduced the appearance of illegal flooding of the border. It also made illegals who used it legal with two-year work permits. It was done without any legal justification or vetting.
The plot was centered on a One App program that allowed illegal aliens to apply by phone to come into the United States and then come in “legally.”
President Trump canceled the program and changed it into a departure program for illegal aliens. Aliens who came in under One App were ordered out of the country.
An Obama-appointed judge, who ruled against Trump multiple times, ordered him to restore their legal status.
