Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) is introducing legislation that would incentivize states to track crimes committed by illegal aliens and report such crimes on a public website, Breitbart News has learned.

The Migrant Crime Reporting Act, reviewed first by Breitbart News, seeks to nationalize a Tennessee law that requires the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference to publicly report migrant crime every year.

“Joe Biden’s open border allowed millions of illegal aliens to flood our country, and all Americans deserve to know how many have been charged or convicted of crimes in their communities,” Blackburn said. “The Migrant Crime Reporting Act would ensure that states have the tools and resources to collect data on illegal alien crime and report it.”

Under Blackburn’s bill, states would be incentivized to publicly report migrant crime by submitting such data to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and posting it to an official government website.

States will not comply, they will fudge the numbers, they will slow-roll implemtation, and they will use legal wordsmithing to change the legal definition of a "crime".

The Feds just need to exercise their rights under the Federal Supremancy Clause to round them up, and deport them post haste.  Also, fiscally punish state, county, municipal, and academic entities that do no comply with Federal or obstruct Federal law enforcement action.

Words on paper will not change Blue State behavior.  Laws written by political wusses will not resolve the issue.

We have oodles of laws ... Dems are selectively choosing not to enforce them nor comply with them.

The criminal illegal alien immigrant foreigner situation is not a law problem, it is a Law Non-Enforcement problem.

  • I was a "conspiracy theorist". Now I'm just right.

It is a nice idea in theory, but as you point out, it breaks down where the rubber meets the road, especially where the management is hostile to the concept.

Ship them out.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
