Ibrahim George Kallon, an illegal alien from Sierra Leone whose visitor visa expired in 2024, was arrested while training to be a Delaware County Prison corrections officer and was charged by Glenolden Police for:
— Rape
— Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse
— Sexual assault
— Aggravated indecent assault
