Activist Judge Disqualifies 3 DOJ Appointees Leading New Jersey U.S Attorney’s Office

A Democrat-aligned federal judge has ruled that the three attorneys currently running the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Jersey lack lawful authority to do so.

Chief Judge Matthew Brann’s decision could disrupt federal prosecutions across the state.

The Obama-appointed activist judge issued a 130-page opinion concluding that senior counsel Philip Lamparello, executive assistant U.S. attorney Ari Fontecchio, and special attorney Jordan Fox are not legally authorized to lead the office.

The ruling has been temporarily stayed pending appeal, meaning the three attorneys will remain in their positions for now.

The judicial branch is becoming more like Iran every day, fighting freedom and the Constitution in support of the Ayatollah Schumer against Trump's efforts to preserve freedom. :judge:

Separation of powers? We don' need no steenkin' separation of powers!
[H]umanity repeats the worst mistakes of previous generations and ... every free, prosperous civilization will eventually be destroyed by that small fraction of its people who find no satisfaction in anything but anger.
