The Evidence Shows the EPA’s Endangerment Finding was Pre-cooked

EDITORS NOTE: When it was being drafted, there was broad media support, essentially a consensus, that the EPA should issue an Endangerment Finding that carbon dioxide posed a threat to human health and needed regulation.  For example, these 2009 headlines from The Guardian, “US climate agency declares CO2 public danger,” The Washington Post, “The EPA Readies a Hammer,” and finally The New York Times,” Greenhouse Gases Imperil Health, E.P.A. Announces.”

Through the years, there has been a lot of pushback, some of which has been described at The Heartland Institute on the issue: EPA Must Revisit Finding, Endangerment Finding Should be Reviewed and Repealed, says Think Tank, and “Prodding Trump’s EPA to Reexamine Endangerment.”

The almost 16 years of pushback from The Heartland Institute and other groups gained traction. Now, in a move that is being decried as a harbinger of climate doom by mainstream media outlets such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Politico, the EPA Endangerment Finding is on the way out. As the article below shows, it should have never become law in the first place because it was a clear violation of legal due process.

The EPA "Finding" was an illegal Communist end-around Article I of the US Constitution and the rule of Law.

It would be swell if the IRS issued a "finding" that Republicans didn't have to pay Federal income taxes any more.
