This is about the most common way for Rats to stuff the ballot box, seen it back in my political days.
I saw it too, in Massachusetts. Problem was: there was no one to complain to.
When every state and local government office is filled 100% with Democrats, it turns out they are oddly non-receptive to anyone who dares to point out that Democrats are committing fraud.
You have entire
families in Mass. who are on the state payroll, some at multiple jobs, with multiple state pensions. And because of that, Republicans don't ever rock the boat, because they don't want to make one of those government officials mad enough to audit their business or inspect their home for stupid code violations, or have a state trooper tail them and pull them over for an endless list of potential MV violations. ... whatever it takes to shut them up.
It's a criminal mob enterprise called "the Democrat Party".
