This is a conservative school district too.
The teachers are still Communists.
And why? Not because they are unionized and have lunatic Leftists as union bosses (that applies to lots of other unionized jobs with a right-leaning rank-and-file), but because each of the several states has given a monopoly or near monopoly on producing teachers credentialed to teach in public schools (the name varies from state to state, "certified teachers" "qualified teacher"...) to colleges of education, which are always the most looney left part of any university except for departments with names of the form [woke designated victim group] Studies, and the Office of Student Life.
Every state in the union, should pass right-to-teach laws that let anyone with a bachelors degree (and decent grades in major) teach their major subject in high-school, anyone with any bachelors degree who had taken a course in classroom management (with statutorily specified content) teach any subject in middle school, and anyone with any bachelors degree who has taken courses in classroom management, teaching reading by phonic to a group, and teaching arithmetic by the old method derided as "drill and kill" (again, with all content specified by statute, teach grade school.
