Ok, however, what about those sitting in jail or prison on possession and/or distribution of marijuana?  They should be given a get out of jail free card.

Still waiting for proof that there is anyone sitting in the bighouse jail for having one joint on them. Maybe for being a repeat offender and on probation for other things, maybe for having a bag over a certain weight (distributor)... but one joint... nope.
