Operation Take Back America strikes in Massachusetts: 2 charged in fentanyl conspiracy

Two Massachusetts men are in federal custody after authorities say they sold fentanyl to undercover agents in the Boston and Brookline areas, marking the latest arrests under a sweeping Department of Justice initiative.

United States Attorney Leah B. Foley announced Thursday that Shaquylle Burden, 31, of Roslindale, and Kerry Charlotin, 36, of Rockland, have been charged with conspiracy to distribute fentanyl.
 
The arrests cap an investigation that launched in June 2025. According to court documents, federal agents and local police began tracking the pair’s alleged trafficking activities across the greater Boston area earlier this summer.
