Smarter than your average Minnesotan. What does that say aboot the voters.
While the voters got taken, keep in mind the fraudsters had help from the people they relied on and trusted to keep the fraud from happening, from those who squelched the whistleblowers instead of following up on the information and stopping the fraud and dismantling the networks which were looting the public coffers.
That leads me to the conclusion that the people who were supposed to stop the fraud were benefiting from it.
When you have been sold out by "your own people", they are not "your own people". They have chosen a side and become your enemy.
It is the Minnesota Government vs Minnesotans.
Take heed, it's an old ploy.
