House votes 427-1 to release ALL the Epstein files as speculation explodes over a 'cover up' and whether every name will be revealed... with one rebel Republican voting no

The House voted to pass the Epstein Files Transparency Act by a vote of 427-1 in a Capitol Hill decision on Tuesday afternoon.

Clay Higgins, a Republican United States Representative from Louisiana, was the only congress member to vote no on the bill. Higgins took to X to declare that the bill 'abandons 250 years of criminal justice procedure in America.'

'If enacted in its current form, this type of broad reveal of criminal investigative files, released to a rabid media, will absolutely result in innocent people being hurt,' he wrote. 

The bill will move on from the House of Representatives to Senate before it will pass President Trump's desk. 

Trump has the authority to release the entire trove of files himself and has repeatedly promised full transparency after months of tense clashes with House Republicans over the most explosive Epstein material.

But his weekend U-turn and his decision to bring in Bondi raises the prospect of a fresh delay in Democrats and even some Republicans getting the very files they have spent months demanding.

Just heard reported minutes ago that they are giving them 30 days to do "REDACTIONS".

PS:  Who thinks the Clinton Crime Family hasn't had these emails scrubbed before now.

The Senate has officially passed a bill that would force the Department of Justice to release all materials related to Jeffrey Epstein, marking an end to a saga that consumed Congress for several months.

The House sent over the bill early Tuesday morning, which triggered immediate passage of the legislation after no Senate Republican blocked an attempt by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., to fast track the bill through the upper chamber.

It now heads to president Donald Trump's desk.
