A privileged Pennsylvania punk rammed his Mercedes G-Wagen into police — including an officer he struck three times even when the cop was already on the ground, authorities said.

Dalton Lee Janiczek, the 21-year-old son of a prominent Pennsylvania lawyer, is now facing attempted-murder charges over last week’s violence, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.

Janiczek is accused of first fleeing officers in Whitpain Township just outside of Philadelphia around noon Friday when they tried to pull him over for a routine traffic infraction.
 
Janiczek steered his high-end SUV over the center median on Skippack Pike and was able to elude cops — for a while, prosecutors said.

Right now the lawyer is calling in favors for another buddy lawyer to represent his son not so much to find him "not guilty", but having him placed in a nicer jail location with minimal years.

A 21-year-old Pennsylvania college student is facing attempted murder charges after he allegedly ran over a police officer three times, took off from the scene, then rammed into a police cruiser on a highway.

The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office announced charges against Dalton Lee Janiczek after a violent encounter with police in Plymouth Township, Pennsylvania, on October 24.

The incident started after an officer attempted to stop a white Mercedes G-Wagon that morning. The car sped away, driving erratically at a high speed, and even crossed over the concrete median.
 
About an hour later, police found the G-Wagon at a DoubleTree Guest Suites hotel. When an officer parked behind the car and activated his emergency lights, police say Janiczek put his vehicle in reverse and struck the police cruiser multiple times.

Note the headline where they make sure everyone can see it's a white driver and the police didn't shoot him.  No bias at all.
