Voters in local North Carolina election allegedly offered $100 to vote for Dems

An alleged vote-for-cash scheme is rocking Wilmington, North Carolina, and has thrown the municipal election into chaos.

The case has already been referred to the North Carolina State Board of Elections (NCSBE), with a New Hanover County voter claiming that they were offered $100 in cash to vote for the Democratic candidates on the ballot.

*Handed out $20 bills to potential Democrat voters in W.Va. in 1960 to ensure JFK's primary victory.
