I happened to be in Hawaii one time when Imam Obama was vacationing on Oahu.  Going up and down the small river that ran near the house where he was staying were inflatable boats with Navy Seals.  No one seemed the least concerned about that.  They were protecting the image of America just like they're doing on the Rio Grande.
