For all the talk about authoritarianism and how conservatives are "stochastic terrorists," the fact is that the love affair between Democrats and violence is alive and well.
 

And, as we have seen in several states, a longing for the days of the Confederacy and insurrection is too.


As soon as Trump was elected and assumed office in 2017, the Democrats started celebrating the #resistance. In his second term, they upped the ante and began asserting "States' Rights" as a justification for impeding federal law enforcement. Many people have noted that the language is a callback to the era of segregation, and a continuation of the policies that go back to the Civil War.


Over the years, Democrats have been calling for violent resistance to the Trump administration and have been supportive of rioting. Nancy Pelosi famously mused about uprisings in American cities, and by now, you have seen the long supercuts of Democrats calling for violent resistance against Republican policies. I won't bore you with yet another. The point is established beyond question by now.

The MSM went bonkers claiming Trump called for protestors to take over the capitol, even though he didn't.  Now, here Chuckie Schumer calls for violent insurrection and its no big deal to them.  Gee, it couldn't be partisanship, could it? *****rollingeyes*****

Ironic that all the States whining about "States Rights" now were on the other side last time.
