Texas woman convicted of murdering fifth husband
Story by Germania Rodriguez Poleo, Chief U.S. Reporter•
20h

A Texas woman has been convicted of murdering her fifth husband - seven years after the mysterious death of her fiancé. Sarah Hartsfield, 49, was found guilty of killing Joseph Hartsfield, 46, with a large dose of insulin in January, 2023. During the seven-day trial, prosecutors suggested Hartsfield has killed in the past, saying she believed she would get away with it 'because it’s what she’s always done.'

Striking resemblance to Katie Porter.
You don’t become cooler with age but you do care progressively less about being cool, which is the only true way to actually be cool.

[H]umanity repeats the worst mistakes of previous generations and ... every free, prosperous civilization will eventually be destroyed by that small fraction of its people who find no satisfaction in anything but anger.
