Previously-Deported Illegal Arrested in Nashville for Sexually Assaulting Underage Girls as Young as 9

An illegal alien who was previously removed from the U.S. has been arrested for sexually assaulting multiple underage girls over the past five years in Tennessee, authorities say.

On Sept. 26, Youth Services detectives with the Metro Nashville Police Department interviewed a man accused of sexually assaulting three different victims under the age of 18.

Oscar Armando Lara, 57, reportedly admitted to all three incidents and was booked into the Downtown Detention Center on two charges of aggravated sexual battery on a minor under 13 and one charge of sexual battery without consent.

In June, Lara allegedly touched a 17-year-old girl inappropriately and “tried to kiss her” while her family was staying at his home, according to an arrest affidavit reviewed by WSMV.
