An illegal migrant who had been deported from America numerous times has been charged with murdering six people in a horrific car accident.

Norberto Celerino faces six counts of murder relating to a crash on September 7 when he was allegedly driving under the influence (DUI) in Napa County, California, according to the District Attorney.

The 53-year-old, who also goes by the names Norberto (Beto) Celerino Villalva, Grabien Martinez and Roberto Savaringo-Diabla, has already had three DUI charges.

Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
