15-year-old accused of fatally stabbing Arsenal Tech student 83 times charged as adult
 
INDIANAPOLIS — A 15-year-old is now being charged as an adult for his alleged role in the brutal stabbing of a 14-year-old Arsenal Tech student last year on Indy’s near east side.

According to court documents obtained by FOX59/CBS4, Jeury Aburto Guzman is now facing an adult murder charge in Marion Superior Court 27. Typically, FOX59/CBS4 does not name juvenile suspects unless they’re charged as an adult.
 
Officers responded on Dec. 16 shortly after 9 a.m. to the 400 block of N. Randolph Street in response to a reported stabbing. When officers arrived on the scene, IMPD said at the time that they found a girl suffering from multiple stab wounds in the grass of a home near the corner and Randolph Street and Sturm Avenue, just a few blocks from Arsenal Tech High School.
